Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

This 352 square foot modern studio boasts an exceptional outdoor living space. Sit on the porch with your morning coffee before you head out for adventure and keep an eye out for the deer that feel right at home on our 40 acre property. Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area, Walmart AMP, Osage house and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available, ask in advance. Only registered guests are allowed in the pool and hot tub.
