Private and Cozy Studio

Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

Rancho Mesa Escondida (Hidden Mesa) Adobe ranch house is a peaceful retreat on the bluffs overlooking the ocean, just above Rincon Point and minutes from the seaside town of Carpinteria. With 17 acres of certified organic avocado and citrus orchards, views of the ocean to the south and west, and to the Los Padres mountains on the east. The house, gardens, and pool provide a private, peaceful setting for writer, artist, family, those seeking a quiet retreat.

After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

Enjoy a peaceful respite amidst the trees, birds, and wildlife in this unique garden setting. Quiet large open space, olive orchard. Sorry no Wi-Fi. Private setting while close to downtown, mountain trails and beaches. Coyotes, deer and snakes may be around, please be cautious.
