Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.

Sparrow Suite is a charming 650 sqft basement unit all for you! Its close to everything, walking distance to tons of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, bus stops and colleges...making it easy to plan your visit. It also comes with a free parking spot back in the ally. There is a private tattoo studio on the upper level of the suite, you will hear walking noise periodically 10-5 Monday to Friday.
