With 2 bedrooms, including a king bed and a queen bed, as well as an additional sofa bed, this soothing retreat offers a phenomenal escape for guests. The cottage features all the essentials you need, such as heating, WiFi, an iron, AC, a hair dryer, and a washing machine. The 1.5 bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and towels. On-site dock access to Androscoggin Lake as well as access to our nearby community beach.

Surrounded by woods, the only sound at night is from the loons on the lake.. There are two kayaks and a canoe available to explore the lake or paddle up to "Scapes" Cafe for breakfast or lunch. With over an acre of land and 250 feet of waterfront, there is plenty of room to play in the water, on the lawn, or make fairy houses in the woods.

The Waterfront Cottage sits directly on the shores of Snow Pond, 15 minutes from Colby College and downtown Waterville and 1/2 mile from the Snow Pond Center for the Arts. Enjoy the BEST sunset views from the private dock and listen to the waves and loons at night. The private front deck is the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail after a day of swimming and kayaking from the sandy beach. You also have a private outdoor hot soaking tub and water view barrel sauna. Paradise!

Loons and bald eagles frequently visit the pond. PLEASE NOTE: Half mile access road is in poor condition - need 4 wheel drive vehicle or vehicle with high clearance. ALSO: No wifi is currently available in the cabin. It is available on our neighboring property for short-term use.
