The property offers comfortable, open-plan living upstairs benefitting from a sun-trap, south-facing balcony garden, complete with 6-person hot tub. Well-behaved dogs allowed, please book them in.

Welcome pack on arrival. A fantastic location for families and those who love to get outside and enjoy all that Barry has to offer. Ty Hapus is a 5 mins walk to the train station and a 20 mins ride into Cardiff. You're sure to have a great stay at Ty Hapus!

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

It has its own private entrance, ensuring total privacy and includes a kitchenette containing a microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. The studio is perfectly situated for exploring Exmoor.

The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Mid 19th century, recently restored cottage, next to church in the centre of the beautiful village of Dunster with its castle and medieval yarn market. Floral Cottage has been decorated in keeping with its age but to give a light, airy feeling and finished with quality antique furnishings. Heatherdown is the perfect beach house, overlooking Croyde Bay and only a few minutes walk from the beach. Set in 6 acres of private land and positioned on the headland, there are two properties, Heatherdown House and Heatherdown Chalet, which can be let separately or together. The House has 6 large double bedrooms, pool table, cinema room, two wood burners, and a huge deck with BBQ and wood fired pizza oven.
