We decorated with the beach in mind & hope our guests will enjoy all the amenities that we & Rehoboth have to offer! For this listing guests have use of the entire bottom floor unit. Enjoy outdoor living with a hot tub, grill, fire pit, & yard games. Our neighborhood is quiet & a little hidden..like any gem! We provide clear directions. Spacious, cozy, townhome one short block from beach! Fully renovated throughout! Open kitchen, dining room, and cathedral ceiling living room. The main level has a cute/private efficiency called "The Captains Quarters". Upstairs, the king bedroom suite has a private deck, private bathroom, and double closets with a Smart TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed, bunk beds w/a trundle and a shared bathroom. The loft is cozy and cool, with two trundle daybeds and a full bed. Loft is best for kids*

Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster convection oven/air fryer for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

We’ve renovated- there is a bunk bed, and a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. The bathroom is in a separate building about 20 ft from the bus.
