Lomond Retreat

This stunning lodge at is on the eastern shores of Loch Lomond at the foot of Ben Lomond. The lodge looks right out towards Loch Lomond with amazing views over the surrounding mountains. There is plenty to do on and around the loch including hill walking, mountain climbing, water sports, fishing, cycling and just general sight seeing. There are no shops at Rowardennan so be sure to be organised with supplies. Asda,Sainsury’s, Morrisons, Tesco etc all deliver there. EV charger available.

Open all year. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers and pets are very welcome and stay at no extra charge. There are many activities in the area for the outdoor enthusiast and Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. It is a private and exceptionally comfortable space featuring a roll top bath with views of open countryside. The secluded and sheltered covered decking area with woodburner allows you to enjoy nature all year round. The local grocery shop is a 5 minute walk, with many restaurants and outdoor attractions only a short drive.

Cabin In Luss at Lochlomond

Great getaway cabin on the Banks of Loch Lomond, fantastic views of the loch and surrounding mountains. A great base for enjoying the many water sports available on the loch, hill walking or simply a relaxing break. We have recently changed the cabin to a self catering accommodation. It now compromises of a kitchen and separate seating area, fully glazed to enjoy the loch what ever her moods! New pictures will follow.
