The farm is ideally situated for you to explore the beautiful East Devon countryside, less than 5 minutes from the A30, and only 25 minutes drive from the coast. Your well appointed private studio flat includes a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, sofa, TV and kitchenette. It has been recently refurbished, with new furniture. Breakfast can be served to you in the flat, for a little extra, available on request.

An ideal escape for a couple, Nuthatch is a cosy, tastefully decorated and well equipped holiday home set within the grounds of the owners' property in Stockland within the lovely Blackdown Hills AONB. A 20 minute drive from the stunning Jurassic Coast and easy driving distance from the National Parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor. There are lots of lovely local walks or cycling routes nearby
