The Top Story

The Top Story is a cozy and unique apartment located on the second floor of an early 20th century farmhouse. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen and seating area . Great space to unplug! This rustic farmhouse chic space is incredibly charming and authentic to the area; it also includes access to the front and backyard, sun soaked and full of flowers with an organic garden and seasonal pumpkin patch. Guests can star gaze while enjoying the fire pit or outside dining area.

The Cottage at Oakhaven

Welcome to the Cottage at Oakhaven. A STUDIO home in the trees of Janesville. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath, off-the-grid, log cabin features a wraparound deck, panoramic views, gorgeous sunsets and stargazing. A private rustic driveway takes you past the "Wild & Scenic" Feather River, into the mountains to this peaceful getaway, just 1.5 miles from town. Close to groceries & restaurants, a great base camp!

Indian Valley Cottage (Retreat)

This is a 570 sq ft building with BR, BA and living area. It is located in beautiful Indian Valley. Lots of wildlife including deer, turkey, bear, and geese. The Kitchenette has a coffee and tea maker, refrigerator, hot plate, electric skillet and microwave, and should have enough tools for you to make simple meals. I also provide a grill on the patio, some outdoor furniture so guests may enjoy coffee, tea, in the morning or another beverage while watching the stars at night.

Mountain/dirt bikers, fisherman, snowmobilers and outdoor adventurers, this is a spot to explore the Lost Sierra! Pull through driveway for your trailers, boats and bikes. This cozy cabin is also great as a couples get-away. Forest service roads start in a 1/4 mile, Lake Davis 2 min, Middle Fork Feather 10 min. Spring : birds/wildflowers, Summer-lake time, Fall -aspens, Winter- xc skiing at Lake Davis. VERY NARROW STAIRCASE. Wifi is not great.
