Two large bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, plus large dining room, two reception rooms, space for working. Lots of cosy areas to relax and hang out - you can be together or have your private space. Front porch with swing, fenced yard & deck for outside dining. Lots of light and comfort!

Midtown cottage- and treehouse!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Our cottage, garden and treehouse are a little oasis right in the middle of the city. Within walking distance to Overton Park, you can enjoy the Zoo, the Brooks Museum and the Overton Park Shell in minutes. Restaurants, theaters and shops are also within minutes, with downtown in just a couple of miles. We live in the main house on the other side of the backyard so we’re available if any help is needed.

Higbee House, home away from home and then some.

Our large, meticulously renovated private home is art filled and furnished with our eclectic style. There are two bedrooms down with their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms upstairs share a bath. An additional flex space with daybed is upstairs as well. The beautiful gourmet kitchen is open to the living and dining areas. Although the house is not ADA compliant it does have wheelchair access on the ground floor. Our home is in the authentic Memphis. As we say, "Midtown is Memphis".

Harbert House was built in 1912 and has historic charm.
