French doors open into a living room with a pullout full size sofa bed and a Nespresso coffee maker. The renovated bath has marble floors and a glass door shower. Free parking for up to two cars in the drive and directly across the street from Taft.

Minutes from I-91 with easy commuting access to downtown Hartford, business and tourist sites, universities, and Hartford Hospital/CCMC. The studio is an in-law suite above our garage. It is attached to our home but has its own keyed entrance. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower over tub, closet, queen-sized bed, kitchen table/chairs, and workspace.

1863 Mystic Victorian, Guest Suite w/ Private Bath

Experience the charm of historic Mystic from our 1863 Victorian home. A keypad entry leads to your private Queen bedroom & bath. Our goal was to create a boutique hotel-like setting separate from the main house. At the back of the house, the guest suite is accessed via a private entrance. Enter the bedroom and find your private bath off a short hallway. This space is yours. We provide a minifridge and keurig but there is no kitchen and you do not have access to the rest of the house.
