NB: All amenities free to use, including the tub & wood for the burner & firepit.

There is a well equipped galley kitchen, separate office area, dining area and 2 further seating areas. Upstairs there is a main bedroom with en suite shower room and a second bedroom with a separate luxury bathroom. It sleeps 4 adults / children. The en-suite has 1 King size bed and the second bedroom has 2 single beds.

Ideal if you love peaceful countryside location with wild birds and rabbits yet want to be a walking distance to shopping and entertainment, or TT course. Good base for exploring the island, with private parking and easy access to bus and train station, as well as footpaths. Dolls House annex has private entrance and outdoor sitting/dining area. Cooked breakfast may be provided at request although many delicious eateries are only a 10 min walk. Self check-in. Strictly no smokers.

The courtyard garden may be shared with guests staying in the neighbouring studio. Compact studio apartment comprising of a bedroom with double bed, lounge dining area with a double sofa bed and shower room. Located on the TT course at Ballagarey Corner (w3w wanted vests baker), on a main bus route, approximately 3.5 miles from Douglas and just a few minutes drive to the nearest pubs and shops. In a rural setting with access to country walks. Well behaved dogs welcome but they may not be left in the property alone.

Bluebell Cottage

Bluebell Cottage has an elegant open plan sitting room with a log stove and double doors that open out onto the Courtyard. The lounge is elegantly furnished and both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully fitted with all necessary appliances and a comfortable dining area. A King-size bed is in the Master Bedroom. Two twin beds are in the second bedroom; a cot could be added to either bedroom.

Private Annex

My annex was recently built and is finished to a very high standard. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating and is equipped with everything you may need to make your stay comfortable. The annex is located to the rear of my property which is within a highly desirable area of Douglas and is extremely quiet and private.

Millennium Cottage - Crosby

Fully kitted cottage with 2 bedrooms with en-suites, each have a shower, toilet and basin. Kitchen including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and tumble dryer. Lounge with Smart TV and enclosed garden. Situated close to a CO-OP, The Crosby Pub and a Costa all within 250 meters. TT course is a mere 70 meters away.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in the country but yet close to town just 3 miles away. Country style cabin with all the facilities you need for a short peaceful break. please note this property does not have an oven. it has gas hob, microwave and air fryer

Garwick Cottage, West Baldwin (Annexe)

Beautiful cottage in West Baldwin. Ten minute drive from Douglas. Glorious walks, dark skies and so peaceful. A covered dining area near the river and birdsong can be enjoyed in any weather. Five minute drive/30 minute walk from Nobles hospital.
