It has 3 queen size beds, and 2 sofas. Equipped with a eat in kitchen and two bathrooms, with washer and dryer. Sunny Disposition is a 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage, sleeping up to 12 guests. We can accommodate up to 14 guests with an additional rental fee. From the deck on the water, you will have breath taking views of Lake Erie and the Islands. The numerous beaches up and down the coast will provide hours of water fun. The cottage comes fully furnished, including linens and beach towels, for a worry free vacation. Enjoy a barbecue on the deck, while you watch boats come in and out of the harbor.

Unit D condo sleeps 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a double pullout in the great room. We have two beautiful , unit C and unit D, waterfront condo on the island of Put - in- Bay. They are side by side and can be connected by outside deck. The are walking distance to the village which has many bars and eateries. Prices are based on one condo which sleeps 4 If you want both double the price. We do not breakup weekends. The prices listed include all local taxes and fees.
