Beautiful Guest House in Desirable Northside

Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

Welcome to the Lilly House! This cozy, recently remodeled home features 4 comfy beds, ultra-fast wifi, and plenty of room to relax. It’s perfectly located on a quiet, dead-end street in Killearn Estates with nice neighbors. About 8 min from Maclay Gardens, 15 min from downtown, 20 min from Doak Campbell Stadium. House comes equipped with 3 Smart UHD Roku TVs and ultra-fast wifi. Newly painted, new light fixtures, new furniture and new bedding. Fully equipped with everything you’ll need.

The Carriage House

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

Within minutes to grocery stores , fine dinner and fast food, gyms etc . I have a ninja grill/bake/broil/stir fries/air crisps/all in one, a coffee maker, a microwave, a portable stove. You will enjoy the rural quiet also the city convenient at the same time while you stay here. Within 5 miles to I10.

We offer a 15% discount for bookings of 7 days or more, and 40% discount for 28 days or more.
