E' una casa per vacanze; ospita fino a due persone. E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri e chi viaggia per lavoro. Si trova in una buona posizione: è vicino a Breno (si può visitare il castello e il santuario di Minerva) e a Bienno (quest'ultimo è considerato uno dei borghi più belli d'Italia). E' poco distante da Capo di Ponte, per ammirare le incisioni rupestri.
