En AUTO: a 10 min de terminal 2 del AEROPUERTO CDMX y a 15 min de terminal 1 (depende del tráfico), a 10 min del FORO SOL y AUTÓDROMO, a 15 min PALACIO DE LOS DEPORTES, a 5 min METRO Pantitlán (une 3 líneas del metro). CAMINANDO: a 10 min METRO Agrícola Oriental y a 5 min de un balneario (llamado ex-olímpico). Estacionamiento dentro de la casa, mercados y lugares p/ comer muy cerca.

Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!
