Private deck with grill, fire pit, parking space, washer/dryer, pack n play, waterfront gazebo (shared), picnic tables, swimming, kayaks, paddle boards, row boat, pedal boat, fishing, ice fishing, ( bring your fishing gear, all water boating / kayaks /paddle boards, are ONLY available to use for staying / paying guests. Lake is electric motors only. (2 pet max)Dogs allowed (aggressive breed dogs not allowed, all dogs must be leashed, no cats allowed). Short drive to Frankenmuth approx 40 mins.

This luxury apartment is unlike any other property in Mid Michigan. This space is located above Downtown Lapeer's top rated restaurant and is known for its BBQ . This apartment has a private entrance and offers high ceilings, lots of natural and recessed lighting, a full kitchen and laundry room. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom is nextdoor to the second bathroom and has a beautiful sky light. The third bedroom is a loft that has a queen bed and a pull out couch.

If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! WHAT IS LAKE LUNA CABIN.... Our cabin was hand built with Oak logs from the property and Yellow Pine logs from Montana and Wyoming. Go fishing, swimming, hiking, canoeing (bring your own), exploring Enjoy watching deer, turkey, pheasants and nesting bald eagles. Hoses too! Plenty of frogs to catch (and release) and turtles to view. You will also find nesting Eastern Bluebirds around the property. Ducks and gees of all types visit the property. Enjoy the water fountain as well!

Trim Pines is the perfect small space for a quiet stay and is enjoyed by guests in every season. Our lower one room walk-out is comfortable for 1 to 2 people for short or long term stays. It is a great place to unwind and relax. This tranquility is located 8 miles from I-75 in Davisburg, Michigan. Our guests enjoy local festivals and concerts at Pine Knob Music Theater, golf at nearby courses and biking and hiking at local County, Metro and State Parks.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.

Beautiful lake cottage nestled on Cooley Lake is powered by the sun. You can be too in this nearby getaway. We are the first house off the lake on a short canal. Come get away for a night or longer and take in the lake life in one of our kayaks, canoe, paddle-board or fishing gear - all included.. We have many wonderful restaurants nearby or use the grocery nearby and make meals in the fully furnished kitchen.
