1910 cozy Carriage House. This was a true proper carriage house that once, before it was converted, housed a horse and carriage on the first floor. Located just blocks from restaurants, shops, and theaters in Overton Square, the zoo, and Overton Park. Brand new mattress April of 2024!!! LOCALS-This is NOT a space for parties. There is only parking for 2 cars. Guest MUST be listed. Any other cars will be seen by neighbors and our exterior cameras and parties will be shut down immediately

Lions Rest with Private Garden

Enjoy this garden-view guest apartment with private entrance and porch located in our beautiful historic home on the most desirable block of Midtown, a few steps from Overton Park, Rhodes College, Crosstown Concourse, and Overton Square. We invite you to enjoy the ambiance of the garden with a large 5-tiered fountain as its centerpiece. This inviting suite will be a peaceful retreat as you visit our great city. If you are traveling with more than two you may also book Lions Den next door.

Peaceful guest house with central heat and air, close to everything and no cleaning list! Enjoy driveway parking, and complimentary snacks in a comfortable space. Our historic neighborhood is located blocks from the highway, 7 minutes from downtown, 5 minutes from midtown's best restaurants and shops, & 12 minutes from Graceland and the airport. Explore Memphis and rest in our charming cottage! During December, the cottage has a lovely Christmas tree. A second bed is available with a fee.

In the Park is Brooks Museum, the zoo, Levitt Shell which offers free concerts in the fall and spring, and miles of hiking & running trails. It's a vacationer's dream!

The Back House is located in one of Memphis’ nicest neighborhoods, Central Gardens, and features a private backyard and private entrance just for you. You will love the safe neighborhood with mansion homes all around and private security. Downtown Memphis is only 2 miles away or walk to local bars in Cooper Young and Overton Square.

Circa 1902 shotgun home is restored to its vivid roots & we retained original Memphis Character! We’ve used vintage furnishings alongside vintage & original artworks. In Cooper Young, it's a 5 minute walk to music, restaurants, breweries, bars, coffee, Liberty Bowl, galleries, and record & bookstores. Narrow drive for small car parking or on street for larger vehicles. No TV ( enjoy!). Guests must have 3+ reviews to book due to garbage humans in the past.

Clean and Cozy Cottage in Heart of Memphis

Cozy and quiet private, guest studio apartment located in a turn-of-the-century historic neighborhood in the heart of Memphis minutes away from all the best the city has to offer. Sleeps up to 4 people—a queen bed, queen 22 inch tall air mattress, and comfy couch. Also includes a new bathroom. As hosts, we will leave you to have a great stay in our fine city; however, if you would like to, come hang out in the backyard with our family.
