Just steps away from Beale Street, Main Street and Front street. Explore the day by foot, or hop on our vintage trolley. My loft is in the perfect location to explore all that Memphis has to offer. Pool is seasonal Memorial Day-Labor day. 10am-9pm Pool is closed on Tuesday for cleaning and routine maintenance. No pets!

The Lions Den

Newly constructed apartment just completed October 2018. Located in the lower level of our 100 year old historic home. The Lions Den is a cozy hideaway for travelers to call home. Guests enter the apartment through a lovely garden with fountain. There is private entrance and porch to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. We provide beverages and pumpkin bread and other conveniences. If you are traveling with more than 2 you may also book Lions Rest next door. We also include home tour.

Peaceful Midtown Retreat

Welcome to our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom downstairs midtown apartment. Built in 1966 but beautifully renovated in 2019. Inside you'll find two cozy queen-sized beds in each bedroom, ensuring a comfortable and restful night's sleep. Additionally, we provide a full-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, perfect for accommodating larger families. Pegasus Lair is an upstairs unit. Spacious, 1200 ft. Well appointed, comfortable, and quiet. We live next door, and are generally available. Only 7 minutes by auto from downtown. Close to most attractions, entertainment and interstate. Street parking easily available in front of unit. Pet friendly. The home was built in 1907, and is on the National Register of Historic Places. Please check photos for more details.
