My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

Ground floor bedroom with a queen Log Bed made from Lake Superior driftwood. Living room with a full size futon and a loft with full size log bed. Kitchen with granite countertops has a gas cooktop and a microwave/ convection oven. Full bathroom and a washer and dryer. Hot tub seats 5 Outdoor fire pit and charcoal grill

Chocolay River Cabin

Small hand hewn log cabin on Chocolay River. Good fishing, approximately 5 miles from snowmobile and ORV trails. Full kitchen. 1 BR (Q), Full sofa sleeper and 1 bath. Outdoor electric sauna. A fire pit. Washer/dryer. Basic amenities. Full kitchen. There is WiFi but cell service can be very sketchy. Texting does seem to work ok. We do have a cell phone booster there but it still isn’t great. If you need to make a call you can drive about 1 mile out to US 41 and service is good.

Head the other direction and you are a short 15 min drive to Miners Castle/Miners Beach which can be a fantastic launching point to your UP adventure!
