The Cabin

Our cabin is fully furnished with two bedrooms, a open loft, two full bathrooms and a half bath, kitchen, laundry room, and a full basement on 9+ acres. The driveway is approximately 300 feet from boat ramp access to the Tennessee River. There’s also a separate covered shed for a boat and/or parking. There are lots of indoor and outdoor games, a grill for outdoor cooking, two fire pits, a large deck, a nature observation tower, 2 kayaks and a canoe, and a variety of swings to enjoy.

Relax with the whole family at our Peaceful waterfront River House! The Rockholt River house is one level sitting on 2 level acres with a fenced back yard on the beautiful Hiwassee River in Georgetown, TN with its own Dock! Our home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Best of small town river life with all conveniences like Wifi. We are only a few miles from a Grocery Store, a Public Boat Ramp (Hwy 58) and BnB Marina. Bring your Boat and Floats for some relaxation!
