Villa Aτos is a sea front villa with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is located in the most picturesque village of Kefalonia named Assos. Assos is one of the must-sees due to its harmonic mixture of picturesque elements. It's located on the hill of the small Erissos peninsula. This small village is a hidden, artistically beautiful place that will provide you with a very relaxing experience and is worth visiting! The villa has 3 levels. On the first level there are two master bedrooms and a large bathroom. On the second level you can find the living room, one bathroom, a dining room, kitchen and a terrace with additional living and dining area with amazing sea views. High aesthetics -two floor apartment

Μεζονέτα με τέσσερα υπνοδωματια και τρια μπανια . Στον κατω οροφο βρισκεται το ενα υπνοδωμάτιο με το διπλό κρεββάτι, το γραφειο, η κουζινα , πολυ ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με δυο καναπέδες γωνια , το μπανιο με το πλυντηριο ρούχων και μεγαλη μπανιέρα και το μπαλκονι. Στον πανω οροφο βρίσκονται δυο υπνοδωματια, το ενα εχει διπλό κρεββάτι και το αλλο κουκέτα με δυο μονα κρεββατια και δυο μπανια και τα δυο με ντουζιερα . Το διαμερισμα ειναι στον πανω οροφο μιας πανσιον και απέχει 50 μετρα απο την πλαζ.

Το Πατρικό

Το "Πατρικό" είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο σπίτι του 19ου αιώνα στο Κατωχώρι Λευκάδας, δίπλα από τη κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Ο οικισμός απέχει μόλις δέκα λεπτά από το πολυσύχναστο Νυδρί, είκοσι λεπτά από τους παραλιακούς οικισμούς Σύβοτα, Βασιλική και μισή περίπου ώρα από τη πόλη της Λευκάδας. Το κατάλυμα είναι ιδανικό γι' αυτούς που επιζητούν ήσυχες διακοπές σ' ένα αυθεντικά παραδοσιακό τοπίο, ενώ ταυτόχρονα παρέχει τη δυνατότητα εύκολης πρόσβασης στις φημισμένες παραλίες.
