Cool off and away from bugs in the screened in heated/cooled pool that goes from 3 to 6 feet deep, then relax on the patio furniture. Newly landscaped spacious back yard. The Tiny House is furnished with a queen size bed and a king sized bed in the upstairs loft, kitchen, full bath as well as a designated work area. The Little Blue House is a studio,guest house in our backyard. The backyard, which includes a covered deck, comfortable furniture, and a TV, is yours to enjoy. Separate entrance on the opposite side of the main house. This cozy comfortable room has a microwave, small refrigerator/freezer, and Kurig coffee maker( coffee included).It is perfectly located in the historic East Lake Morton, walking distance to Lake Morton, Lake Mirror, and downtown Lakeland. Perfect location to enjoy Lakeland.

Casa Planta is a garden-inspired oasis where nature & relaxation meet. Our tropical landscape is currently in a seasonal restoration phase due to extreme winter freezes, w/ an evolving garden setting. Recovering plants won't be pruned until April. Enjoy a peaceful walk to your private entrance & unwind poolside in your 2BR/1BA suite. The pool and interior remain exactly as pictured—private, comfy, & serene. The guest suite is attached to the main house but completely blocked off from it.

This second story studio is on our homes property. It has a Queen bed, bathroom and kitchen. It is nestled in the historic area of Lakeland, one block in from The "Frank Lloyd Wright" designed Florida Southern college, tours are available! Our Cobblestone streets take you to our neighborhood restaurants, the art museum, library, Hollis garden, we are between two lakes-Hollingsworth it has a great walking/running path, and Lake Morton a bird paradise. All within walking distance.
