Lower Level Studio space located on an acre of land with a shared private entrance with narrow steps down to enter space and a private locked entrance to the apartment. This listing is part of a private home and we live upstairs. Please be respectful as we are happy to share our home with you. Although the listing says 3 guests it would be more suitable for a family of 3 than 3 adults. Only one parking space is provided.
