The Alpaca Cottage invites you to spend quality time with our small herd of Alpaca and pygmy goats, they’re a curious bunch who love to meet, greet and beg for treats. The 2 acre property is edged by the Rancocas Creek so bring your fishing pole or Kayak. If your lucky you may see an Eagle soaring high above the nearby hiking trail. The Cottage is a charming 1 bedroom w/full kitchen, sofa bed & private courtyard w/plunge pool.

Semi-private laundry / utility room, only used by owners to access the garage. Broadband WiFi included as well as a 65" LED TV with a wide range of streaming apps. A quaint patio area in the front yard invites guests to enjoy the weather.

We love making our place feel extra cozy for your perfect getaway and we can’t wait to host you! Our Cottage is a standalone guest house situated on our 4-acre property. Away from the main house, It offers ample privacy. The loft bedroom (not childproof) can be reached via an easy-to-climb staircase. The KING SIZE bed ensures a restful night and is perfect for a lazy morning. Features include a kitchenette, electric fireplace, BBQ, outdoor fire pit (with wood), covered patio, and a smart TV.

The Little House

The Little House is a quaint place to stay during your time in the South Jersey area while visiting friends/family, wineries & breweries, the beaches or the city of Philadelphia - also close to the soccer fields that host many East Coast leagues. The Little House is perfect for a business traveler, couple or an adult & child for weekend tournaments. We live on the property in the main house coined the Brown House. You will have complete privacy, but you may see us around eating al fresco!

Life is better by the water—especially in Sweetwater! Welcome to our charming, rustic cottage nestled in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens, just steps from the scenic Mullica River. While our cottage isn’t directly on the river, you’ll enjoy partial river views and easy access to multiple riverfront spots, all within walking distance. Plus, we’re just a short stroll from the popular Sweetwater Riverdeck and Marina, which is open seasonally and hosts special events throughout the year.

The duplex is located on an important avenue that connects major highways from New York to Philadelphia & Atlantic City. The downstairs unit is where you’ll be staying. Explore the Egg Harbor River ecosystem. Paddle boat use is gratis. Canoe, paddles & safety vests available for $20 your entire stay. Atlantic City and Philly just 30 miles away. Wrap around deck puts great outdoors just outside the lakeside patio.
