Enjoy a mid-century ranch in a quiet neighborhood 10 min drive to UO/Auzten stadium. 2 bed/2.5 bath w/additional sleeping space available incl. a king fold out ( & a vintage trailer by arrangement ). Enjoy a pool (seasonally), 5 person hot tub, a big screen TV, patio with a fireplace, hammocks & a flower garden. Just 2 blocks from the bike path to enjoy riverside walks or a short ride to local breweries and restaurants. Only blocks away from groceries and other food options.

Bring the whole family or use it as a private get away. Bedroom has a bunk bed that sleeps up to 3 people. The queen bed by the hot tub and pool sleeps 2 (privacy curtains). There is 1 couch and 1 futon. In addition to the pool and kitchen, there is an indoor fire pit, ping pong and foos ball, outdoor deck, yard (games bocci and croquet). One room with toilet/sink and one with shower/dressing area. VCR/DVD on two TVs, internet on 3rd.
