The cottage includes wifi and a 55" smart tv. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The property is surrounded by large pine trees and lots of privacy. This property is located on Ox Lake which is private. The property has 16 acres. It is a short six block walk to Manhattan Beach Lodge for dining.

Entire cottage to yourself with a magnificent lake view. We have 315 feet of lakeshore located on 4 acres on Island Lake. We have a private dock. Our 900 square ft cottage has a full kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and a couch that opens up into a bed. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house is located on a few acres of land with plenty of room for trailer parking or outside activities. The lake lot is across a small quite road and is only shared between our guests and us. Lake Minnewawa is a wonderful fishing and reactional lake. Our lot is fairly flat for easy walking to and from the lake. Marlin's is located about an hour from Duluth, Brainerd, Grand Rapids and Mora.
