Lily Pond

Lily Pond, is a luxurious guest house just an hour and a half from Cape Town. Lily Pond is set on a natural pond brimming with incredible bird life, creating a serene atmosphere unmatched anywhere else. With no other cottages in sight and located on a picturesque wine farm, it offers a rare blend of privacy and luxury. The indulgent outdoor bath overlooking the pond, combined with the beautiful walking trails, enhances the sense of peace and seclusion, making this retreat truly one of a kind.

Beautiful Historic Cottage on McGregor Farm

Kecil Cottage nestles in the tranquil garden on Sempurna Estate, a working fruit farm, 1 km before Mc Gregor. The open plan living area boasts a large fireplace and is the original settlers house dating back to 1861. This self-catering cottage accommodates 4 people in 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and underfloor heating for the winter. A private braai area, 25m indoor heated pool, a single track bike and walking trail or walking through the vines, are part of the farm experience.

The beautifully presented and well-preserved rural styled home with reclaimed features is well positioned for easy access to the quaint town. There are two spacious bedrooms with high ceilings throughout, a sun-drenched living room with a working fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, main bedroom, ensuite. Wild Almond Cottage is a delightful two-bedroom cottage comprising two bathrooms, a lounge, kitchen, lovely patio and a refreshing plunge pool, guests are welcome to cool off after their travels 5 min walk to restaurants and pubs. McGregor is a working farm village PLEASE NOTE.....The minimum cost per night is ZAR 1140 for 1 or 2 guests The minimum stay is 2 x nights Extra guests are ZAR570 per guest per night Children under the age of 12 years are charged at half price per child

Potato Patch Self Catering Cottage

This versatile thatched roofed cottage is centrally located in a private setting offering contemporary country comfort with a dash of history. It is one of the two cottages located on the owners property with its own entrance and secluded garden. The cottage consists of 3 en suite bedrooms furnished with king sized beds. The rates are based on 2 people sharing a room. Using additional rooms comes with an additional charge. Pets are permitted on request at an additional charge.

Historic Sunflower Cottage, Tranquil and Romantic

Sunflower Cottage is a romantic self-catering cottage in McGregor, and is one of the oldest and most loved historical houses in the village. Originally built in the 1880’s, its thick adobe walls, original mud floors, reed ceilings and thatched roof are natural insulators against the heat and cold of the Little Karoo. Located in a quiet corner of the village, the cottage is perfect for couple getaways, to explore this historical town and surrounding winelands.

Dassieshoek - Ou Skool

Situated in the mountains of Robertson, this double volume, beautifully restored Old School is a tranquil getaway for the whole family. There is a gorgeous eco pool and plenty of amenities for children. Located next to the Marloth Nature Reserve, the house is at the beginning of the Arangieskop Hiking Trail. Mountain biking, hiking, birding and river and dam access mean that there are plenty of outdoor activities for the whole family.

Cloven Stones

Our place is a neatly restored original McGregor workers cottage with a beautiful large garden in a central location. The property is family and pet friendly (although please note we have 2 covered irrigation dams). Enjoy relaxing in the garden full of birds or explore the main street nearby. There is an outdoor braai, a large stoep and a gazebo for sunny days as well as an indoor anthracite fireplace indoors for chilly days.

"Krans Cottage"

Located in upper McGregor, right on the edge of the Krans reserve with stunning views and easy access to walking trails. A relaxed 10 minute walk to Tebaldis and the main street in town. The property is a newly built standalone small home with off street parking, free WiFi, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area and large patio areas to relax and enjoy the view anytime of the day. The cottage also has a Weber braai (BBQ).
