Big R's Retreat Secluded and located in Nature

Welcome to our home: where we have found peace and relaxation for over 20 years. A German native, Big R fell in love with the open land and rolling hills of Wisconsin, becoming a US citizen in the 80s. He met Curly, a Chicago city girl, who brought a little city to his country life. They enjoy raising buffalo and spending warmer days on their porch enjoying the fresh air and beautiful views (with no mosquitos!). Now they want to share their idyllic and peaceful home with you. Drive down a dead-end road and pull up to a rustic cabin filled with high-tech and cozy amenities. We have something for everyone with a gas fireplace, tv (complete with dish, Cinemax, HBO and a Bluetooth sound system), board games and a full kitchen. Take a drink outside to soak in the hot tub or sit around the campfire. When the day is done, you will fall asleep instantly on the memory foam bed, either in the loft or the bedroom, and wake up to a beautiful sunrise looking out over your little getaway.

Spring Green River Pines

Spend a few days in the beautiful countryside. A private entrance to the lower level of home (completely separate from our home) that includes a central room, 2 bedrooms with kitchenette, & 1 lg bath. WiFi >500 Mbps speed. Smart 60" TV, Bluetooth Airplay/stream compatible. Parking on sight. Great location 5 min from beautiful downtown Spring Green. Close to APT, Taliesin/Frank Lloyd Wrights Home/School, House on the Rock, WI River, Gov. Dodge State Park and 1/2 hr to Devils Lake State Park.

Staying in a dome amidst nature is a unique experience. The circular structure offers an amazing view of the surroundings, with peaceful sounds of rustling leaves, chirping birds, and a flowing river below. The cozy dome has a queen size bed, night stands, a seating area, mini fridge, and a k-cup coffee maker & heater/ac. At night, the starry sky and nature's sounds lull you to sleep. Waking up, you feel refreshed, and the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views leave a lasting impression.

Mill House Retreat

The Mill House Retreat is a 2 story loft set in a park like setting next to the Sugar River. Built in 1864, this stone grist mill has soaring 15ft ceilings, original fittings and luxurious finishes. You will be greeted by chesterfield sofas, a large bar, a copper tub and comfortable beds. Just minutes to bike trails, live music, restaurants, and bars. Guests are welcome to have local friends over to enjoy the setting and reminisce. Madison, New Glarus and Epic are just minutes away.

Cottage Near Devil's Lake

Perfect Location! Under ten minutes to almost everything. Our cozy and romantic getaway is nestled in the scenic Baraboo Bluffs, just minutes to Devil's Lake, Devil's Head Resort, Historic Downtown Baraboo, wineries, distilleries & more. Take the picnic set to Devil's Lake or Parfrey's Glen, then relax on the patio for smores and yard games around the fire pit. Finish the evening snuggled up with wine & vinyl on the player. We have ample parking so bring the boat, we'd love to help you getaway.

Sugarland Cottage

The Sugarland cottage is designed to accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double and 2 twin beds. Downstairs is a pull out queen sized Murphy bed. Situated in a major southern Wisconsin tourism area, Sugarland cottage is close to the Wisconsin River and only 30 minutes from Madison and 10 minutes from Spring Green home of Frank Lloyd Wright’s Taliesin, American Player’s Theater, and House on the Rock.

Funky, tidy 23 year old country cabin on 120 acres of farmland & woods in a private, quiet rural setting. It's cozy, 950 sq ft, built with stone and wood. Open concept with a two story fireplace, porch fireplace, firepit, and open loft for sleeping (1 bed), with spiral stairs, lots of windows, walnut floors and trim, oak beams and pine kitchen tops. Shower is big and open, with doors opening to a back deck for outdoor showering. Beautiful covered porch overlooking rolling meadows and woods.

This architect-designed studio is bathed in natural light, with skylights and a breakfast nook with a wrap-around window. Featuring an upscale bathroom with a walk-in shower, this comfortable space has all the amenities perfect for a quick weekend getaway or a week-long business trip. The studio adjoins a house and is up a flight of stairs through a separate outdoor entrance. Located just up the hill—a 5-minute walk—to Downtown Middleton and a 15-minute drive to UW and Downtown Madison.

Welcome to TB2, a beautifully updated two-bedroom apartment located on the lower level of the Steampunk Manor B & B. While housed in the same building, this apartment is completely separate from the bed and breakfast, offering guests privacy, comfort, and a space all their own—including a private entrance. Throughout the apartment, vibrant colors, unique artwork, and creative details complement the spacious open-concept living and stylish bedrooms designed for comfort and relaxation.

Campo di Bella Winery & Family Farm LLC

Welcome to Campo di Bella Farmstay. We have created a private retreat above our winehouse on our farm. You will enjoy the sights and sounds of country living. Weekend Farm to Table dinners available on-site and we typically reserve seating for our farmstay guests. From December to end of March, we are only offering dinners on Friday nights. Max room rate $175.00. Please note that during winter months, we are on a private road and snowplowing may be completed by early afternoon.

Riverside Chalet, LLC

Welcome to the Wisconsin River! Our 1750 sq. ft. cozy riverside chalet features 300 feet of river frontage, master bedroom in the loft, deck overlooking the river, bunk beds, full kitchen, propane fireplace, firepit, and a natural spring running through the yard. The property offers stunning views from every room in the house as well as easy access to the river. Our location has a beautiful view, stunning in fact, but we are very close to Hwy. 60 and there is heavy traffic noise.
