Welcome to our loft, centrally located in Mayville, NY. We've brought back the original tin ceilings while modernizing the unit for comfort in a 1901 storefront. Walking in you'll find brick veneer with high windows and hardwood flooring. The loft has a great view from 8 new windows with darkening shades. There's plenty of room for up to 4 guests with a king bed and a queen murphy bed in the spacious living room. Chautauqua Lake is a .5 mi walk and CHQ Institution main gate is 4 miles away.

Nearby things to do include hiking, biking, swimming, canoeing, fishing, golf, museums, and all kinds of shopping. Cleanliness has always been one of our top priorities. Due to COVID-19, our cleaning service has initiated an enhanced cleaning routine and are taking extra care to disinfect our home.

Our home is located in historic North East Pa. The house sits on a bluff overlooking beautiful Lake Erie with steps to access the beach. We have 2 bikes, a fire pit and plenty of seating on the oversized deck to enjoy your view of bald eagles flying along the shore. A split air system gives Air conditioning in the entire home makes your stay very comfortable. We are certain you will love your escape to the lake.
