In spring, the woods come alive with bluebells and delicate flowers, creating enchanting mornings and nature-filled days. In summer, bask in long golden evenings; in autumn, watch the leaves turn rich shades over the lake. Ideal for couples seeking peace, nature, and comfort.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Holbrook Barn Guest House

Lovely little guest suite separate from our home on a private secluded road with neighbouring fields. With a delightfully comfy superking bed, new bathroom with underfloor heating and home built kitchenette. We are 5 minutes from Heathfield high street and from the picturesque cuckoo trail that stretches 12 miles from Heathfield to Eastbourne and part of the national cycle network. The Stables.

The Stables is a newly constructed oak framed building off a quiet country lane. Offering a light airy place to relax and enjoy the local area. Opposite the building is one of the many walks across fields to the village of Rushlake green, with its lovely pub and general stores, perfect for dog walkers. ( 1 dog only please ) Enclosed private garden and parking National Trust Batesmans at Burwash 7.5 miles Battle Abby 10 miles We also have the Byre listed if you want your friends to join you

Our Grade ll Barn is in a quiet countryside spot within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. This unique place has a style all of its own. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

The Cart Lodge a cosy rural hideaway

Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

Cosy Woodland Annex

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.
