Modern house Maydena \ Mt Field \ Tyenna

Recently built, my self-contained house in Fitzgerald is modern and family-friendly. It is 5 minutes from the Tyenna river and a magic spot for fishing and watching Platypus. I'm also less than 5 minutes from the Maydena Mountain Bike Park. Also MT Field and National Park are a 10 minute drive. Stay in and prepare meals or have dinner at the Mountain Bike Park (check their socials for opening times). As well, the visitors center at MT Field has a stylish and comprehensive cafe.

Trails End is our special place in Maydena , it's unique earthy but modern character and warm fire makes for a cosy and relaxing stay. The timber cladding and concrete floors give feel of a mid century cabin styled home. She is set in a lovely landscaped garden with magnificent views from most rooms, her kitchen seated areas are huge and overlook the mountains and garden area which lends itself to the comfortable gathering and unwinding of larger groups after a day on the trails.

South Crescent @ Maydena

A 2 bedroom cottage with spectacular mountain views. Literally, across the road is Maydena Bike Park. Only a 10min drive to Russell Falls/Mt Field National Park. The Junee Caves are only a 5-minute drive. South Crescent is suitable for couples, families or small groups and can sleep up to 8 guests. There is a deck with a BBQ, a modern kitchen with a coffee machine and a cozy lounge with fireplace for those cold nights. NBN Wifi with and a TV. Secure bike storage!

Post House Cottage - 10 Minutes to Mount Field

Accommodation located within 10 minutes drive to the spectacular MOUNT FIELD NATIONAL PARK. Cottage was built in the early 1900's in the picturesque Derwent Valley. The cottage is set on 13 acres and is private with your own fully fenced yard. We give you your privacy but if you need us, we are close by to assist. The cottage makes a welcoming break between Hobart and Strahan. Cottage caters to children over 12 years of age only.
