Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. Otkrijte savršeno mjesto za opuštanje u našoj elegantnoj vili smještenoj u mirnim Matuljima, blizu Opatije. Vila ima 3 prostrane spavaće sobe, 3 moderne kupaonice, unutarnji grijani bazen i vanjski bazen, savršene za opuštanje u bilo koje doba godine. Uz privatnu saunu, uživat ćete u vrhunskom komforu i luksuzu. Prostrani dnevni boravak i potpuno opremljena kuhinja idealni su za druženje, dok vanjska terasa i vrt nude savršeno mjesto za roštilj i uživanje na otvorenom.

Dobrodošli u naš prostrani apartman od 72 m², idealan za odmor u Opatiji! Apartman ima dvije udobne i klimatizirane spavaće sobe, svaku s vlastitom kupaonicom za potpunu privatnost. Uživajte na velikoj natkrivenoj terasi od 25 m² s roštiljem, stolnim nogometom i pikadom – savršenoj za druženje i opuštanje. Gostima je na raspolaganju i sezonski grijani bazen koji se dijeli s drugim apartmanom, a plaže i šetnice Opatijske rivijere nalaze se na kratkoj udaljenosti.

Apartment is located in a picturesque fishing village Volosko. It is a walking distance from the nearest beach (literally 2 minutes) that is very suitable for small children as well as grown ups. Volosko has a beautiful port, many restaurants, bars and galleries. Volosko is also the start of a great walking area by the sea - the Promenade of king Francis Joseph I. Habsburg (Lungomare - 12 km) that is filled with numerous beaches.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

If you want to wake up to the birdsong this is the place for you. Nice and green neighbourhood. Close to everything but still not in the hive. Vicinity of highway entrance for all directions (Istra, Briuni NP, Zagreb, Plitvice NP, North Adriatic Islands..). Close to the beach (5 min car drive). Nearest supermarket is at walking distance.

For shared use with up to 4 other people, on the 2nd floor: rooftop terrace with hot tub and infinity pool 30 m2 water depth 30/110 cm, sunbeds, terrace furniture. Pool open 15.05.-30.09. Heated water. Parking space on the grounds by the house, always available and free of charge. Electric car charging possible (extra cost).

Our apartment is situated in a small, charming place just above Opatija. The location offers a peaceful getaway and a perfect escape from the crowds, yet it takes only 10 minutes by car to reach the center of Opatija and its beautiful beaches, and about 20 minutes to Rijeka, the third-largest city in Croatia.
