The apartment is located on the floor of a family house built more than 100 years ago when it served as a barn. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

A beautiful renovated old house, surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and forests. It is situated in the vicinity of the town of Umag, on an elevation from which a beautiful view stretches to the sea. The house has three double-bedded bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a nicely equipped kitchen, dining room and lounge with a fireplace. Within the house, there is also a summer kitchen with a barbecue a swimming pool and a sunbathing area.

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
