The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. This central located peaceful house has huge trees so you have plenty of shade! Carport, Short drive to Texas tech. Central Lubbock short drive to UMC and covenant hospital for traveling nurses. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.
