Located in tranquil woodland surrounded valley 10 mins from the village of Braunton. The Studio is a self contained apartment consisting a large room with fixed double bed, two single chair beds and a Sofa that makes a small double, a shower room with wc and access to 1 acre of gardens. The property has a shared driveway for two guest vehicles and welcomes Dogs.

Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

Woolstone Cottage is situated in the hillside village of Ashford with views over The River Taw. It is a 10 minute walk from The Tarka Trail with traffic free cycling, walking and running alongside the river. The trail connects to the market town of Barnstaple and the village of Braunton with its surf shops and cafes. The Heanton Court Inn is within walking distance along the trail. Saunton Sands beach is only a 15 minute drive with its three and half miles of golden sands and surf.
