Cosy Carters Cottage nestles in the peaceful Dorset hamlet of North Chideock, adjacent to 16th century Home Farm Cottage. A fab rambler's location, with EV charger, 40 mins walk from the Jurassic coastline, 3 thatched pubs, Spar shop, Felicity's Farm Shop, Hell's Lane smugglers hollow-way, Colmers Hill & Symondsbury Estate Cafe. 15 mins drive to Lyme Regis. The cottage is simply furnished - 2 bedrooms, (second at top of stairs) WC, kitchen & lounge. Guest parking with private, walled garden.

It is perfect the perfect base for exploring this part of the beautiful Jurassic-coast, browsing around the Georgian market town of Bridport, fossiling in Lyme Regis and walking in the West Dorset’s Area Of Outstanding Beauty. Relax in the evening light out in the garden area looking over the fields and woods. Picnic is in the woodland with the bbq provided .

It has a large garden on an upper terrace with spectacular far reaching views of Charmouth & Lyme perfect for alfresco dining, firepits, stargazing & watching the sunset. It's a brilliant base for nature lovers, exploring the Jurassic Coast, beach, wild swimming, fossil hunting & walking holidays or to immerse yourself in nature & escape from daily life. A cosy self-contained Annex with open plan living area, log burner and character wood floor and stone walls. A spiral staircase leads up to a very comfortable double bedroom with a king-size bed. The bedroom on the ground floor contains a double bed and enjoys patio doors leading onto a small private garden with patio table and chairs. The property is hidden away in a very quiet, peaceful setting and is entered from the gravel drive through the front door into the light airy kitchen.

Our simple house & beautiful garden are located just below an Iron Age hill fort, with stunning views over the Marshwood Vale & distant seas. The house, 4 miles from Lyme Regis, is light, clean, spacious & comfortable, w/ central heating, 2 wood-stoves & a lovely eat-in kitchen. We have an airy new double bed ensuite studio which can be rented for xtra £75 per night - still 8 guests max. 1 pet only. High season, generally 7 days minimum booking, change over day Friday.

This period cottage all on the ground floor, is at Laverstock Farm in the heart of the countryside. You’ll love it because of the cosiness, the views and the space. My place is good for couples and small families (with kids) and dogs. It has a king size bed and single bed in a large room so is also great for those looking for a twin room. There is a modern integrated kitchen with open plan dining and lounge area. Sleeps up to 3, check out is by 10.00
