This spacious, bright and quiet apartment is centrally located in the historic and picturesque Grand Harbour area of Floriana, just 7 minutes walk from the heart of Valletta. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

A newly renovated 1960's 3-storey townhouse located few footsteps away from Marsaxlokk promenade. One can also reach the stunning St Peter's Pool in 15 minutes walk. The house boasts an amazing roof terrace overlooking the picturesque seafront where you can unwind with a bottle of wine. It is self-catering and sleeps up to a max of 3 adults. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, spiral stairs, bedroom with ensuite, spare toilet, living room and everything you may need to make you feel at home.

The villa is set in a relaxed neighborhood only 5 minutes away on foot from the pharmacy, green-grocer and small convenience store from where you can easily get your daily needs. Further up, around 15-minute walk there is a larger supermarket which also does deliveries. Also nearby, precisely in St. Thomas Bay area, you will find charming pizzerias, cafes, and restaurants. Should one wish to opt for the local public transport, you will also find a bus stop a few meters away from the property.

Driftwood - Seafront House of Character

Driftwood is a 4-storey, traditional Maltese house, located in the square of Kalkara, beside the steps of the local church, in the proximity of the well sought, Three Cities. You'll enjoy the rooftop all to yourself, with deckchairs, a BBQ and a great view of the harbour and the bastions. The bus stop is just outside your door, as well as coffee shops, bakeries and take-away places. Top-notch restaurants at the Birgu Seafront and the Rinella beach are also withing walking distance.

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.

Seafront corner apartment with very large terrace right on the sea & its' prime assets are the breathtaking views of the bay all around. This apartment is a "one of". Swimming means just going down the stairs. The apartment has just been refurbished and everything is new. It consists of two double bedrooms, both bedroom are fully airconditioned. This is a private studio apartment with its own private elevated entrance (10 stairs). Forming part of the first floor in our house, it is designed to accommodate two guests for short let holidays. Walking distance from Marsascala's promenade, rocky beaches, 100 metres away from bus stops and basic amenities.

Harbour View apartment in Birgu with (AC).

My second-floor apartment which is located in Vittoriosa has a beautiful view facing Senglea, Cospicua and the capital city of Valletta. It will only take just 2 minutes to go to the Marina waterfront and also, there are some lovely restaurants that you can go to and eat. To take the ferry you would have to go to Cospicua which is a 5-minute walk to go there.
