Within a mile walk across the field you will find a supermarket, take-aways & pubs. The large open plan annex is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the garden & the fields beyond. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

The Dovecote is a beautifully appointed self - contained annexe in Snetterton Village with lovely garden views providing a perfect base for Snetterton Racetrack (2 Miles) and close to A11. Ideal as a base for the track or business and also to discover Norfolk. A Duke's spectacular grand folly -The Temple

Majestically commanding an elevated position in the heart of the expansive Euston Hall Estate, of serene grandeur the Temple is an escape above and far from the madding crowd. This spectacular folly was originally built as a banqueting house for the 2nd Duke of Grafton in 1746 and still affords breathtaking views over the unspoilt Capabilty Brown designed parklands and gardens of one of the country’s great estates.

Our converted barn is in a peaceful location and beautiful setting. In close proximity to a stunning local nature reserve and a short drive from historic Bury St Edmunds and Lavenham. The station in the local village of Thurston offers regular services to Cambridge and Norwich. The area has plenty of country walks,great pubs and restaurants, and the Suffolk coast is within an hours drive.
