Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

The cabin is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a cozy living room. The Black River Cozy Cabin is perfect for family vacations or a romantic get-away. With a secluded lake out the back door and two fire pits for roasting marshmallows and hot dogs, there are plenty of outdoor activities without even leaving the property. Of course, there is always more to explore in the area as well; including the Black River, which is just a short hike away.

Our Country Lace Retro Place is a quaint little studio apartment nestled upstairs overlooking our rolling hills of the Ozark’s with abundant Wild Life (which can be scene early in the mornings or late evenings) and foliage ….furnished with a toaster, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and a Nija Flip up air fryer oven. Full bath with a furnished hair dryer and linens. Living space includes a king size bed, sofa and a oversized chair. We also have WIFI and our custom made retro TV….

The Shanty w/ Private Beach + Wi-Fi + Secluded

The Shanty is located on private sandy beach on the Eleven Point River- great for fishing, swimming, boating, & floating! This cabin is very secluded and in the country, please expect animals, bugs, insects, etc. There is an outdoor fire-pit with seating & rope swing *Charcoal grill (will have to provide own charcoal) *Firewood $10/bundle, please request and pay 24 hours before arrival. **Pets are welcome with $50 pet fee. **Outfitters nearby **Cars ok but small suv/truck recommended

Deep in the Ozarks Eminence is world famous for it's natural beauty and recreational activities. We offer a very cozy cabin with full kitchen, washer/dryer, screened in porch, stone fire place in private country setting. We are 3 miles down a gravel road which gives us lots of privacy and very little traffic. There is very little cell service but we have WiFi. We are located just 10 miles outside of Eminence, and the cabin sets atop a valley over looking our pastures.

The property sleeps 4 and has a king bed in the master, two twins in the low-ceiling loft. The loft requires climbing a ladder.
