It is located under a mile to Buzzards Bay Brewery and Westport Rivers Winery and a 5 minute walk to the quiet little neighborhoods private beach on the East Branch of the Westport River. Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Watch the American Bald Eagles and Osprey search for fish at dusk from your private deck that reaches out over the pond. Long Pond is full recreation, two kayaks and a canoe are available. Hiking, bicycling, golfing, fishing, swimming, boating, snorkeling, sunbathing, and napping are just a few of the activities that can be enjoyed in the quaint, semi-private, pond-front accommodation.

1200 square foot condo. 2 bedrooms plus loft. 1 +1/2 baths. Full large eat in kitchen + dinning and living room area. Massive outside deck over looking Plymouth harbor. Located in the heart of the historic Plymouth Water front. Short walk to the rock, Mayflower and beaches and surrounded by resturants , pubs and night life. Location offers access to all that Plymouth has to offer. Condo has been recently remodeled and everything is new and clean. Off street parking on location.

Many of our guests with children have visited Edaville Railroad and "Thomasville" It is about 15 miles from the cottage
