Our carriage house (built 2019) sits behind our historic home on the near eastside of Indianapolis. We curated the space with the modern traveler in mind- from the design to the local coffee and art. We want your stay to give you the comforts of home while inspiring you by the city we love! A bright and modern space in a downtown neighborhood close to everything Indy has to offer! Close to Bottleworks, Mass Ave, and most downtown locations. Non-toxic supplies cleaning methods. Kids welcome!

Conveniently located 15 minutes from downtown (walking time) with nearby hot spots, including: Lucas Oil Stadium (home of the Colts), Bankers Life Field House (home of the Pacers), City Market, and Georgia Street. Minutes from downtown my space is perfect for a weekend away, a cozy bed while out traveling, or an easy effortless way to travel for work or one of Indy’s many great conventions.

The Carriage House is located above a 3-car, detached garage and is private, with the exception of the homeowners coming and going. You will access the garage via street parking and walking through the backyard.
