The house is on two levels, it is completed by a little garden with the possibility of a small outdoor space for the exclusive use of guests. Central but quiet area, you can park your car in front of the house.

Zambrone/Tropea apartments with private beach!!!

Il nostro alloggio si trova in un grande giardino botanico e con accesso diretto privato alla spiaggia che dista solo 100 mt, è di nuova costruzione è a pochi km potrete raggiungere le città di Tropea e Pizzo calabro, nel nostro quartiere ci sono solo alcuni negozi aperti solo d'estate, ma se hai l'auto il problema non c'è, vicino c'è anche la stazione del treno raggiungibile a piedi

La casa è composta da un piano terra (zona giorno) e da un piano primo( zona notte). Si trova nel centro di Zambrone e si affaccia su una bellissima piazza. A pochissimi metri troverete tutto ciò di cui avrete bisogno: Pizzeria, market, farmacia, ufficio postale , tabacchino ecc... Il mare di Zambrone dista a 5 minuti di macchina. Ottima posizione, zona tranquilla.
