The villa overlooks the sea, the sunrise can be seen from every room and the sun kisses the living room, the large palm and olive trees. Five independent rooms for 7 beds that can become up to 10 if necessary. A thousand square meters of independent and fenced garden. A large terrace for summer dining. Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Ambiente intimo e accogliente è a 60 mt dallla spiaggia, a 6km dal centro storico di Rimini e a 10min di macchina da rimini fiera. Vi è una connessione wifi, il necessario per cucinare, una lavatrice, aria condizionata, asciugamani e lenzuola, due tv e infine due bici che sono comprese nel prezzo di soggiorno.
