Palmento San Nicolò

Nestled on a quiet country road in the heart of a vineyard planted on Monte San Nicolo, the accommodation includes 2 buildings, a Palmento from 1902 which houses the wine press and its outbuilding which was once used as a tool shed. The two spaces are united by a corten structure with a slatted roof, which provides a shady open plan kitchen and dining area next to a terrace and 4m x 7m salt water swimming pool, built in lava stone, recreating the the colours of the Etna coastline

La casa fa parte di un complesso di villette a schiera posizionate a pochi passi dal mare. La spiaggia su cui si affaccia è tra le più belle ed incontaminate del territorio, caratterizzata da sassi e ghiaia. Il fondale è quasi interamente di sabbia finissima (ma potrebbe cambiare a seconda delle mareggiate!) . In poche parole la vera casa sul mare!!!

Holiday Home VerdeMare. We are situated in Caronia contrada Piana, right by the sea and in the middle of the green nature with olive trees and citrus trees. The resort has two independent apartments with separate entrance and individual porch, the garden is the same for all the apartments, but every of them has an individual stuff for chill time and for your barbecue during your vacation here. It is amazing place if you look for relaxing outside the city.

Just 500 meters from the sea stands LA FATTORIA SUL MARE surrounded by donkeys, goats and chickens, houses for bees. A restored farmhouse consisting of three independent apartments. The farm is equipped with all the comforts to relax, disconnect from everyday stress and provides all the services to make children happy or to work remotely. You can also visit the ancient olive oil mill located on the property (free of charge).

Dimora Burrafato, conosciuta dai locali come “la Casa Rossa”, è una storica residenza estiva appartenuta alla principessa Pignatelli, situata sul lungomare di Caronia. La dimora si compone di tre unità indipendenti, ciascuna con ingresso autonomo, balcone con vista mare, portico con giardino, Wi-Fi, lavatrice e accesso diretto alla spiaggia.
