Marietta is located on the Susquehanna river in Lancaster county and is a convenient central location to Lancaster, York and Harrisburg.

TRAINS!!!!Across the street is a freight train line service. The trains are random at all hours. They are briefly loud. Otherwise this a lovely space situated along the Susquehanna. There are several restaurants close by. Close to Hershey and Lancaster Amish Country. Bike trail across the street. Cayaking on the Susquehanna River.

Located 10 minutes from York, 10 minutes from Lancaster and nestled in between the cozy River-towns of Columbia, Marietta and Mount Joy. North West River Trail is near by.

THE PENNY HOUSE! Renovated and decorated 2 bedroom apartment. My wife and sought to create a modern, comfortable clean and light feel. The Penny House was once a carriage house for horses; years later the second floor was converted into two unique living spaces. Come stay in the Old Maytown Bank. This half house, half bank was built in 1910. The bank side has been used as a residence since 1972 in one aspect or another.
