Náš prostorný byt se nachází ve druhém patře domu v typickém stylu lázeňské architektury. Vzdálenost od centrální kolonády je 150 metrů. K dispozici je výtah, balkón, sauna a veškeré vybavení včetně základních potravin. V bytě se nachází velká a malá ložnice plus obývací pokoj s rozkládací pohovkou. Byt je situován v klidné části města, jen několik minut pěšky od kolonády s léčivými prameny, ale zároveň pár metrů od lesoparku. Lokalita je tak ideální pro poznávání města UNESCO i krásné přírody.

Náš nový apartmán Garden´s 43 jsme připravili pro všechny, kteří si chtějí užít kouzlo Karlových Varů a bydlet přitom úplně v centru, na začátku kolonády, s výhledem na hotel Thermal, v blízkosti restaurací, obchodů a Alžbětiných lázní, takže to budete mít všude kousek. Apartmán je velký cca 110 metrů, má dvě hlavní ložnice s manželskými postelemi, pracovnu, kterou lze využít k přespání dalších hostů, dvě koupelny a prostorný obývací pokoj s kuchyňským koutem.|
