Ci sono due terrazze: una a livello da 40mq con annessa lavanderia + un’altra di 120 mq con vista mare. In tutta la casa c'è un parquet in legno. Ci sono 2 condizionatori, 2 smart-tv, due bagni ed un bagno turco con cromoterapia. La casa, arredata con mobili antichi, è accogliente, molto luminosa e lontana da rumori. E' in una zona silenziosa ma non distante dalle Terme e dalla Piazza fulcro della movida locale. E' poco distante dal lungo mare, che permette di fare passeggiate tranquille. E' adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie. Possibilità di offrirvi culla da camping. A pagamento transfert da/a aeroporto di Bari.
