It is one of 6 apartments located in the heart of town. This space is entered through the courtyard at the back of the building where you can sit and enjoy the weather and stars! Located on the quiet southwest side of town, the home sits in a historic neighborhood that was once part of the Fort D.A. Russell military base just down the street from the Chinati Foundation. Originally built in the 1930s, it blends vintage charm with modern comfort. High-speed internet provided by Starlink. Very baby and kid friendly!

'55 Spartan-Rancho Estrella-1/2 Mile Walk to Town

Update: tax #S188. New internet upgrade. 40 Foot Remodeled Spartan with hot shower, full bathroom, new bed, new fold down couch, new AC, etc . We have another trailer on property which may or may not be rented. We have horseshoes, hammocks and a cornhole game. Avail for private events however this is a separate charge and needs to be discussed first before booking. If you plan to invite more than 2 people over please let me know.
