Our space features a full kitchen, dining room and living room (with twin sofa bed) on the first level and 1 king bedroom with full bathroom upstairs. Step into a breath-taking magical seaside residence with 180-degree ocean views. This private in-law apartment has a sprawling lawn, steps to the ocean, and landscaped gardens. The apartment has one queen size bed with sliding doors opening out to the lawn, a queen pullout couch, granite counter-top complete kitchen including micro and dishwasher, ping-pong table, flat screen TV, home office and bathroom/ shower. The apartment has been thoroughly cleaned and meets all covid-19 standards.

The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.
